ELKI'S Strawberries come from Denmark.
The Strawberries are selected late in the season when they have received the most sun, are not very big and have more flavor due to the slow ripening process.
Only the red part of the rhubarb to create the ultimate spread. You can't beat this amazing spread for it's fresh taste complete with large pieces of strawberries and rhubarb pieces.
Makes a wonderful topping for muffins, bagels, bread or delicious just eaten off of a spoon right out of the jar!
Ingredients: Sugar, Rhubarb, Strawberry, Water, Red Grape Concentrate, Pectin, Calcium Chloride, Citric Acid and Potassium Sorbate as a preservative.

Starting with choice, ripe fruit and fresh berries, picked wild and by hand whenever possible, these spreads are prepared slowly and gently, without boiling. This allows the fruit and berries to retain more of their natural flavor, color and sweetness and requires substantially less sugar to be added than regular preserves. Large morsels of fruit or whole berries infuse each jar.
